JUDGMENT

When this matter was called today, Sri.Sunil Kumar Kuriakose – learned Government Pleader, submitted that the order produced along with the memo dated 12.10.2023 is being withdrawn, because the respondent herself has recognised that it is not in compliance with the directions of this Court. He apologized for the inconvenience caused and prayed for another month’s time for a fresh order to be issued. In the afore circumstances, I close this Contempt Case recording the afore submissions of the learned Government Pleader; however, leaving liberty to the petitioner to seek a rehearing if a fresh order in terms of the afore undertaking is not received by her within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
