JUDGMENT
This is a Claim filed by the Official Liquidator for realisation of an amount of ₹1,82,500/- with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of default till the date of decree and thereafter at 12% interest per annum till the date of realisation.
2. Though notice was served on the respondent, the respondent did not appear nor has filed any objection/statement. In view of the above, the respondent is set ex-parte. In the light of the affidavit filed in support of the Claim Affidavit, C.C. No.1365 of 2014 is decreed and the respondent
C.C.No.1365 of 2014 in C.P.No.11 of 2010
is directed to pay a sum of ₹1,82,500/- with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of default, i.e., 15.04.2010 till date of decree and thereafter at 12% interest per annum till the date of realisation.
