O R D E R
When this bail application came up for consideration, the Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not implicated as an accused in Crime No.01/2025 of Idukki Cyber Crime Police Station. If that be the case, no further orders are necessary. If the petitioner is implicated as an accused in future, before taking any coercive steps, two weeks prior notice should be given to the petitioner. With the above observation, this Bail Application is disposed of.
