ORDER
When this bail application came up for consideration, the Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not implicated as an accused in Crime No.46/2025 of Hill Palace Police Station. If that is the case, no further orders are necessary. If the petitioner’s presence is necessary, two weeks prior notice should be given to the petitioner.
