J U D G M E N T
The writ petitioner prays for a direction to consider Ext.P6 representation submitted before the 2nd respondent Village Officer, seeking cancellation of the entry effecting mutation.
2. Without any expression on the merits of the disputes, I direct the 4th respondent, the Tahsildar (LA) to consider and pass appropriate orders in Ext.P8, with notice to the petitioner and also to other affected parties in accordance with law within three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
