The Contempt of Court case is filed against the order dated 05.06.2024 in RP No.305 of 2024, wherein the 2nd respondent Revenue Divisional Officer was directed to pass orders in the Form-5 application submitted by the petitioner. It was also observed that based on the orders in Form-5, the petitioner can proceed with their application under Form-6.

2. It is submitted by both sides that orders have been passed in the Form-5 application. Accordingly, I am not inclined to proceed with this Contempt of Court case, which is filed alleging non-compliance of the judgment dated 05.06.2024 in R.P No.305 of 2024. This Contempt of Court case is closed accordingly.
