J U D G M E N T
(Dated this the 11th day of April, 2025) The grievance raised in the writ petition pertains to the closure of the railway gate at Chandiroor- Veluthully North between 7 p.m to 7 a.m restricting the right of the petitioners to use public road. When the matter was considered on 04.10.2013, the learned Counsel for the respondent submitted that, due to public agitation, Ext.P2 notice had not been implemented. In view of the submission recorded, the writ petition is closed as there is no subsisting grievance. However, the closure of writ petition shall not stand in the way of the petitioner from approaching this Court again if any grievance arises in the future. Sd/- P.M MANOJ JUDGE AKH
