O R D E R
When this bail application came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report is already filed in Crime No.37/2025 of Chandera Police Station. If that is the case, the petitioner can surrender before the jurisdictional court and file bail application. If such a bail application is filed, the jurisdictional court will consider the same, in the light of the fact that the final report is already filed and no further custodial interrogation is necessary. With the above observation, this bail application is disposed of.
