JUDGMENT
Heard. Perused the joint statement dated 10.08.2023.
2. The matter is settled between the appellants and the respondent insurance company. The respondent insurance company agreed to pay an additional compensation of Rs.13,22,030/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakhs Twenty Two Thousand and Thirty only) to the appellants in full and final settlement of the claim. Compromise is recorded. Appeal is disposed of as per the compromise. Joint statement dated 10.08.2023 will form part of the judgment.
