J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has approached this court seeking consideration of Ext.P2 request for revision of his own timing.
2. The learned Government Pleader has no objection in a direction being issued to the respondent to consider Ext.P2 in accordance with the law and after affording an opportunity of hearing to all affected parties.
3. Accordingly this writ petition will stand disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 application for revision of timing in accordance with the law and after hearing all affected parties within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
