O R D E R
This petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed seeking to quash the final report in FIR No.04/2013/IDK of Vigilance and Anti- Corruption Bureau, Idukki.
Today, when this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition saying that the final report was quashed by this Court in another proceedings. Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
