A.Muhamed Mustaque, J. This review petition arises from the judgment of this Court in OP(KAT) No.373 of 2024. This Court disposed of OP(KAT) No.373 of 2024 without noting that connected matters are pending. The judgment under review would have an impact on the connected matters. In such circumstances, it is appropriate that the original petition be taken up along with the connected matters filed by different parties. Accordingly, the review petition is allowed.
