J U D G M E N T
(Dated this the 10th day of April, 2025)
Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in the prayer sought in the writ petition. In fact, the issue involved pertains to the specification of classrooms. The learned Government Pleader also submitted that the school building is a pre-KER building.
2. In the light of the Division Bench decision in Manager, Vengeri A.U.P. School and others v. State of Kerala represented by the Secretary to Government and Others [2009 (2) KHC 778], nothing survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
