JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a limited relief. He prays that Ext.P2 application filed by him for revision of his own timings be considered and disposed of by the respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The learned Government Pleader submits that there is no objection in a direction being issued to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 in accordance with the law and after hearing all affected parties.
3. Considering the submissions made as above, this Writ Petition will stand disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 in accordance with the law and after affording an opportunity of hearing to all affected parties within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
