JUDGMENT
This Original Petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- ‘’i . Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, calling upon the Hon’ble Debts Recovery Tribunal-I at Ernakulam to take up S. A. No. 361 of 2024 on a very near date and dispose of the same within a period of 30 days or such time as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court.
ii. Pass such other orders as are deemed just and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case. ‘’
2. A report dated 03.04.2025 has been placed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-1, Ernakulam stating that S.A. No.361 of 2024 will be finally disposed of within a period of two months from 03.04.2025.
Taking the above report into consideration, the Original Petition is disposed of, directing that S.A. No.361 of 2024 shall be finally disposed of within a period of ten weeks from 03.04.2025. Sd/- GOPINATH P. JUDGE ajt
