JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking permission to pay the amounts demanded as per Ext.P5 in instalments. The petitioner submits that a sum of Rs.20 lakhs which was to be remitted as the first instalment has already been paid. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to pay the balance amounts in ten equal monthly instalments, the first instalment becoming payable on or before 10.05.2025 and the subsequent instalments becoming payable on or before the 10th day of the succeeding months. If the petitioner makes two consecutive defaults in the payment of instalments as directed above, the respondents will be at liberty to continue with the proceedings for recovery. Coercive steps for recovery shall be kept in abeyance for facilitating the payments by instalments as directed above. Sd/- T.R.RAVI sn JUDGE
