JUDGMENT
Dated this the 10th day of April, 2025 The writ petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent bank to lift the freezing of the petitioner’s bank account bearing No.16920100064444.
2. Heard; the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the first respondent bank submitted that the debit freezing of the petitioner’s bank account has been lifted and there is no lien marked on the said account. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed.
