JUDGMENT
Dated this the 10th day of April, 2025 The learned counsel appearing on both sides submitted that, the subject matter in dispute between the parties has been amicably settled as per the Memorandum of Settlement Agreement arrived at between them on 07.04.2025 before the High Court Mediation Centre, Ernakulam. Therefore, the writ petition can be closed, leaving open the rights of the parties to work out their remedies as per the Memorandum of Settlement Agreement.
