JUDGMENT
By Ext.P7 order the appointment of the petitioner for the period from 3.8.2016 to 5.2.2021 was approved on notional basis. It is aggrieved by the same, that the present writ petition has been filed.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that she has preferred Ext.P10 revision petition before the Government challenging Ext.P7 order and seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the revision petition within a time limit to be fixed by this Court. Petitioner would further submit that the Government as per Ext.P11 considered and allowed the claim raised by similarly situated teachers.
3. Heard the learned government Pleader also.
After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P10 revision petition, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within an outer limit of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. Ext.P11 Government order shall be duly adverted to while taking a decision on Ext.P10 revision petition. sd/-
