JUDGMENT

By Ext.P8 order the 4th respondent was transferred as Melsanthi in Kulathupuzha Devaswom, which was stayed by this Court as per order dated 27.10.2022. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent submits that the petitioner has already retired from service and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is true that the petitioner has retired from service and the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. In view of the above facts and circumstances, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to implement Ext.P8, if the same has not been modified or superseded.
