JUDGMENT
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to rectify the revenue records by reinstating 1.38 Acres of land that was removed from thandaper account No.14967 in Sasthamangalam Village. The petitioner further seeks a direction to the authorities to accept land tax for the entire extent of 3.34 Acres as originally recorded. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P9 request before the 5th respondent for remitting land tax. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P9, at the earliest, at any rate within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
