O R D E R
When this bail application came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the absconding charge sheet is already filed before the jurisdictional court in Crime No.133/2025 of Changaramkulam Police Station, Malappuram.
2. If that be the case, the petitioner can surrender before the jurisdictional court and file a bail application. If such a bail application is received, the jurisdictional court will consider the same in the light of the fact that the final report is already filed.
