O R D E R
When this bail application came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that, based on the instructions received on 09.04.2025, no crime is registered against the petitioner at Pavaratty Police Station, Thrissur in connection with the averments in this bail application.
2. If that be the case, no further direction is necessary in this case. If any crime is registered with a non- bailable offence in connection with the averments in this bail application, two weeks prior notice should be given to the petitioner before taking any coercive steps. With the above observation, this bail application is disposed of. Sd/- P.V.KUNHIKRISHNAN, JUDGE DM
