JUDGMENT
The petitioner preferred Ext.P5 application dated 16.01.2025 before the 3rd respondent praying to issue non- assignment certificate and demarcation certificate. The petitioner seeks early disposal of the same. In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5, after hearing the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
