JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed challenging seizure of gas cylinders from the petitioner who was allegedly conducting a gas service.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that after the seizure, confiscation order was passed, which was challenged by the petitioner before the District Court, Thrissur. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be considered in this writ petition, and the same is closed as infructuous, without prejudice to the contention of the petitioner to challenge against the confiscation proceedings.
