J U D G M E N T
A. Muhamed Mustaque, J. The petitioner was the tenant. In execution of the order passed by the Rent Control Court, delivery was effected. The petitioner now claims that he has movable properties lying in the tenanted premises. This is disputed by the landlord.
2. It is appropriate that the petitioner raises a specific claim for the movables before the Execution Court.
