JUDGMENT
The petitioner preferred Ext.P2 complaint before the 6th respondent against the respondent Nos.9 to 11. The prayer in this Writ Petition is to give a direction to the 6th respondent to conduct proper enquiry on Ext.P2 complaint and take proper legal action
2. I have heard Sri. Shoby K. Francis, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. M. P. Prasanth, the learned Public Prosecutor.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Ext.P2 complaint was forwarded by the 6th respondent to the 2nd respondent. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to enquire into Ext.P2 complaint and take appropriate action, if necessary, as expeditiously as possible.
