(Dated this the 10th day of April, 2025) Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, this Court observed that the learned Counsel for the petitioner had expired. Thereafter, notice was issued to the party directly on 03.03.2025 and the acknowledgment card from the petitioner was returned on 02.04.2025. Even today, there has been no representation for the petitioner, either in person or through any counsel. Under such circumstances, It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting the case further. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, the closure of writ petition will not stand in the way of the petitioner if he is interested in prosecuting the case further. Sd/- P.M MANOJ JUDGE AKH
