This writ petition has been filed essentially seeking a modification of the terms on which the petitioner was permitted to settle the liabilities by this court through judgment dated 16-12-2024 in W.P (C) No.44654/2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has duly and faithfully complied with the terms of the judgment in W.P (C) No.44654/2024 and only seeks a relaxation of the terms by granting further instalment, so that the petitioner can clear the liability without default.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent bank submits that the petitioner has complied with the terms of the judgment till today and if the petitioner requires any further accommodation it is for the petitioner to approach this court by filing a review petition in W.P (C) No.44654/2024.

4. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent bank, I am of the view that the learned counsel for the respondent bank is right in submitting that if any further modification of the terms of Ext.P2 judgment in W.P (C) No.44654/2024 is required, it is for the petitioner to seek review of that judgment. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed, reserving the liberty of the petitioner to seek review of Ext.P2 judgment in W.P (C) No.44654/2024. Sd/- GOPINATH P. JUDGE AMG
