JUDGMENT
Petitioner has approached this Court, seeking a limited relief. He prays that Exhibit P2 application, seeking revision of his own timings may be considered and disposed of by the respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Learned Government Pleader submits that there is no objection in such a direction being issued to the respondent.
3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and having regard to the limited nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, the writ petition will stand disposed of, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to any other affected parties, in accordance with the law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
