JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking limited relief. He prays that Ext.P4 request for settlement of timings in respect of a permit granted to him by Ext.P1 proceedings be finalised without undue delay.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader also. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and having regard to the limited nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition will stand disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P4 and take steps to finalise the timings in accordance with the law and with notice to all affected parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
