JUDGMENT
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition can be disposed of, as the petitioner and the respondent bank have agreed to settle the liability under the One Time Settlement (OTS) scheme. Taking into consideration the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed, leaving open all contentions taken by the petitioner. If any proposal for OTS is pending, the same shall be considered by the competent authority of the respondent bank.
