JUDGMENT
Petitioner has approached this Court apprehending that the objections filed by the petitioner to the timings proposed by the 2nd respondent will not be considered at the timing conference which is scheduled to be held tomorrow (08.04.2025).
2. Learned Government Pleader submits that if the petitioner appears at the timing conference and submits a copy of Exhibit P3 objection, the same will be considered by the 1st respondent.
3. Taking into consideration of the above submission of the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition will stand disposed of, directing that the 1st respondent shall consider Exhibit P3 objection also while finalizing the timings of the 2nd respondent in the timing conference scheduled to be held tomorrow (08.04.2025) provided the petitioner appears and raises his objections to the timings proposed by the 2nd respondent.
