JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking limited relief. He prays that Ext.P2 application filed by him (for replacement of the vehicle) be considered and disposed of by the respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader also. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and having regard to the limited nature of relief sought for by the petitioner and also taking into account the fact that Ext.P2 application is dated 23-01-2025, this writ petition will stand disposed of, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 in accordance with the law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
