He has drawn attention of this Court to documents filed by the respondents detail of chronology event whereby, the payment have been made to the petitioner. He has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court has already been complied with by the authorities and the payment is credited in the account to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, it appears that petitioner is not interest to further prosecute the case, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution. (LJ*)
