This petition coming on for admission this day, the court passed the following:
ORDER
This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner claiming a sum of Rs.29,477/- as gratuity.
2. Counsel for the respondents, at the outset, has submitted that the amount of gratuity has already been paid to the petitioner, however, some amount is left to be paid under the same head, which shall be cleared within further three months' time.
