The present arbitration case is listed on a PUD received from a learned sole Arbitrator. Vide order dated 25.02.2023, Justice N.K. Jain (Sole Arbitrator) has refused himself to act as an Arbitrator due to problem in eyesight. Since, his request is genuine, I deem it proper to appoint Justice Shri
