JUDGE

ORDER

None for parties. On the last date i.e. 20.02.2023 also, none had appeared on behalf of the parties, therefore, this Court passed the following order:- "None for parties. Registry is directed to issue SPC to both the parties for 10.04.2023. It is made clear that if on the next date of hearing none appears on behalf of the appellants, this Court shall be at liberty to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. List on 10.04.2023" Today also none has appeared on behalf of the parties even after issuance of SPC. It appears that the appellants have lost their interest in prosecuting this first appeal, therefore, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim application(s), if any, shall stand dismissed. SN
