Earlier also on 16.09.2021, the case was adjourned as no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. This petition is pending since the year 2016. Earlier also, this case was once dismissed for non-prosecution and thereafter, it was restored vide order

Thereafter, on 06.09.2021, after the case was restored, again no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner and on the next date of hearing also on 16.09.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is apparent that the petitioner is not interest in prosecuting the case. Under the circumstances, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. rk.
