ORDER
The present petition under Article 226/227of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents authorities in not taking action on the complaint made by the

(MILIND RAMESH PHADKE) JUDGE petitioner with regard to encroachment of public water source (hand-pump) by local goons. After hearing counsel for the petitioner and perusing the record available on record, this Court finds that the petitioner has not approached the appropriate authorities for necessary relief. It is the Executive Authorities who has to take a decision as to whether the complaint of the petitioner is just and appropriate. Therefore, until and unless that stage is crossed, this Court doesn't find it expedient to entertain this petition. Hence, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for necessary relief. pwn*
