None for the appellant. Earlier also on 13.01.2023, no one had appeared for the appellant, therefore, on 13.01.2023, SPC was issued to the appellant. Even then, no one has appeared on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant has lost his interest in prosecuting this appeal. It is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.
