ORDER
Perused the PUD received from the 17th Additional District Judge, District Gwalior for extension of further one month's time to dispose of the pending Civil Suit No.17-A/2010 (Dhananjay v. Mohan singh) in terms of order passed by this Court in MP No.4506/2019 decided on 27/11/2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and present status of the case as mentioned in the PUD as well as the difficulties being faced by the Court below, one month's further time is extended from today to dispose of the
(ROHIT ARYA) JUDGE aforesaid case, as requested. This application is allowed to the aforesaid extent and disposed of. This order shall be read in conjunction with the order dt.27/11/2019 passed by this Court in MP No.4506/2019.
