The applicants have given justifiable reasons for not being able to comply with the common conditional order dated 22/02/2021 and therefore, the order dismissing M.C.C. No.1116/2020 is recalled. M.C.C. No.1116/2020 is restored to its original number for hearing on merits. Let the defect be removed within a period of 15 days. Consequently, the MCC stands allowed and disposed of.
