The applicants have given justifiable reasons for not being able to comply with the common conditional order dated 18/11/2019 xand therefore, the order dismissing M.C.C. No.2434/2019 is recalled. M.C.C. No.2434/2019 is restored to its original number for hearing on merits. Let the defect be removed within a period of 15 days. Consequently, the MCC stands allowed and disposed of.
