ORDER
(1) After arguing for some time, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with liberty to renew the prayer after one year from today.
(2) At the request of counsel, matter has been considered.
(3) Accordingly, M.Cr.C. No.45194/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. However, concerned trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
