ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent nos. 1 and 2 to remove encroachments of respondent nos. 5 to 9 in terms of the orders passed by the Revenue authorities as contained in Annexures P-2 to P-4. Thus, it is evident that this petition is filed seeking execution of the orders passed by the Tehsildar and affirmed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Khirkiya, District Harda and the Additional Commissioner, Narmadapuram, District Hoshangabad. Accordingly, this petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to cause indulgence in the matter and get the orders of the Revenue Authorities as contained in Annexures P-2 to P-4 executed if there is no stay from any superior court within a period of thirty days and submit a report in the Registry for removal of encroachment. Later on, Shri K. S. Rajput appears and prays for marking his presence. His presence is marked. vy
