ORDER
This is the third bail application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail relating to Crime No. 349/2022 registered at Police Station Amahiya District Rewa (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Section 8/20 of NDPS Act and section 177 of IPC. Applicant is in detention since 16.09.2022. During arguments, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in this case all the witnesses have not been examined till date. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant prays for
