Today no one is present on behalf of appellants. On 30.11.2023, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 informed the Court that the appellant no.1 has died on 16.10.2023 but till today, no application for bringing the LRs of appellant no.1 has been filed by the counsel for the appellant. On 16.10.2019 and on 30.11.2023 also no one appeared on behalf of the appellants, it appears that the appellants has lost their interest to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution/having abated. julie
