ORDER
The counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has moved an application under Section 31(3) of the Industrial Relations Act, which has been

(MANINDER S. BHATTI) JUDGE registered as Case No. 64/2006/MPIR Act. However, the said application has not been decided as yet by the concerned Labour Court. Accordingly, it is submitted that the Labour Court be directed to expedite the trial of the case.
2. Considering the aforesaid innocuous prayer, without expressing any view on the merit of the case, the present petition stands disposed of with direction to the Labour Court, Jabalpur to expedite the trial of the Case No. 64/2006/MPIR Act and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order (if not already decided).
