This appeal coming on for orders this day, th e court passed the following:
ORDER
No one is present for the appellant even in the pass over round. On previous dates i.e. 25.04.2023, 03.04.2023 and 08.02.2023 no one appeared for the appellants which shows that the appellants as well as learned counsel for the appellants has lost their interest in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. Records of First Appellate Court and Trial Court be sent back along with copy of this order. Stay order passed on 26.04.2002 stands vacated.
